Schmoli!

This is a schmoli.

I was introduced to this delicious dessert when I first started dating Stone in college. It is pretty simple, just a half-way cooked chocolate chip cookie on the bottom topped with vanilla ice cream, and sometimes even sprinkles. Everyone has a spoon and everyone dives into the same dish of warm chocolate-y goodness. Last night we all got together at our friend Laura's house (thank you Laura for the delicious meal) and celebrated our friends' engagement. It was a really delicious and fun get together, and with a schmoli to end the night, how could you not leave happy?
