My sister, Lindsay, lives in South Carolina right now and just finished up her final semester of grad school for Health Care Architecture (wooohooo). The area that she lives in is so beautiful and many people there grow their own veggies and fruits, and of course are all about home cookin'.
Anyway, I think it was last weekend she and some of her friends got together to make strawberry jam. I would love to be able to do this, so she sent along some photos and descriptions step by step of how to do it (thanks Linds!) and I thought you would like to know too!
