Ingredients:
1 pizza dough ball from Whole Foods
1/8 lb pepperoni from Whole Foods
Roasted garlic
Sliced mushrooms
Spinach
Classico tomato sauce
Shredded Mozzarella

First flour the pan well and begin working the dough out by making a fist and pressing down.

Continue to work the dough out (maybe even give it a few tosses if you are feeling extra confident).

Fold the crust over the edge of the pan, this allows it to not shrink while adding the toppings!

Now for the toppings. Stone likes to layer spinach and mushrooms first, then cover with cheese so you don't notice the vegetables (I thought that was just a trick you used for kids!). Then the pepperoni and garlic... I like to go heavy on the garlic. We also sometimes drizzle pesto over everything, yummm!
